It was a very good experience working with Brian in buying my condo. Brian worked with me over a period of a year, since I was not in a hurry to buy a place. He was very patient and professional. He would promptly return my calls or messages. When I finally decided on the condo I wanted, he was able to advise me on how things would worked and was not hesitant about negotiating the terms I wanted. Thanks to Brian everything ran smoothly and we closed in less than a month. I would not hesitant at all to have Brian as my agent again. And I do recommend him very highly, He was great!
